It really is a fantastic resource and perfect for beginner growers!

This book shows how with a single pot and a handful of plants you can grow a beautiful container of plants but then harvest and use them in the kitchen too. Genius!

With 25 tasty sounding dishes ranging from classics through to the more inventive and contemporary, and including the likes of Baba Ganoush, Redcurrant & Red Cabbage Pickle, Beetroot Soup and Lemon Verbena & Thyme Posset, it has certainly inspired me to give it a go!
