JULIEANNE E. STEINBACHER is the founding shareholder of Steinbacher, Stahl, Goodall & Yurchak, an elder care and special needs planning law firm with locations in Williamsport, PA and State College, PA. She is certified as an Elder Law Attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation. Her law practice focuses on estate and long-term care planning. She has written materials published by the University of Illinois on estates, trusts, and taxation. She also has published materials in various newsletters and newspapers. Julie and her law partner, Adrianne J.
