Moez Marrouchi holds an MA in English Language with more than 18 years of experience at the tertiary level. He is the author of With All My Heart: A Play of Five Acts and a number of book chapters and articles on quality assurance in higher education and Shakespeare. Marrouchi is finishing a PhD on quality assurance practices in Oman Higher Education with a Macro-Meso-Micro Approach from the University of Malaysia Perlis.

Harshita Aini Haroon is a Professor of Linguistics at the Faculty of Business and Communication, University of Malaysia Perlis. With an illustrious career spanning over two decades in higher education leadership, she currently serves as the Director of the Higher Education Leadership Academy (AKEPT), Malaysia. Harshita's extensive experience in strategic planning, quality management, and leadership in higher education has equipped her with a unique perspective and a profound understanding of the sector's challenges and opportunities. She is dedicated to fostering environments where academic institutions can thrive and achieve excellence.
