Stanja Buvac is a yoga teacher and facilitator whose work weaves together somatic movement, breathwork, meditation, and systemic constellations. Her approach is grounded, inclusive, and shaped by lived experience, creating space for reflection, embodiment, and meaningful change. She invites people to meet themselves gently and honestly, without pressure or performance, using a trauma-aware approach that honours safety, personal agency, and the wisdom of the body. Through movement, stillness, and conscious breathing, she guides people to reconnect with themselves and move through life with greater clarity and ease. At the heart of her teaching is a belief that strength doesnt always come from doing more but from slowing down, tuning in, and staying in relationship with your body, your choices, and your breath.
