Sam Dixon is a food stylist for editorial, film and TV, with a background in baking. Sam started her career at Violet bakery in East London, where she developed a love for seasonal ingredients and honed her creativity and aesthetic. Since then, she has written a number of cookbooks including Brownie and Blondies, Broke Vegan and A Very Vegan Christmas and worked with the likes of The Guardian, GQ and The Telgraph.
