Arvustused

Praise for Walking Your Way to Vitality:

"This book is an amazing resource for anyone wishing to improve their health and wellbeing just by walking!  The authors provide us with clear, accessible instructions and videos to create an individualized walking routine based on the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The historical and scientific introductions to each of the "walks" emphasize the importance of the breath and the focus of the mind as well as the specific body movements. From power walks to meditative circle walks these practices can help the mind, body and spirit across the lifespan.  While I can't wait to have this as a resource for my adult patients, I'd love to see these self care practices taught in our school system to young children as well!"Kirsten Tillisch, MD, professor of medicine, David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA
