Harness the power of adaptability to embrace change, overcome obstacles and achieve success.

Today, women are competing on more fronts than ever before. From career demands to family life, relationships and financial pressures, the pace is relentless and the stakes feel high. These challenges are deeply understood by Denise Lewis - an Olympic gold medallist, broadcaster, mother, and woman who has spent her life performing under pressure and adapting to every new arena.

Now, Denise is on a mission to help women train their mindset like elite athletes. She shows you how to build mental toughness, stay focused under pressure and become the coach of your own life. In Adaptability, she shares seven powerful lessons drawn from both the track and real life, covering identity, resilience, building your team, trusting your instinct and leaving time for recovery. Success isn't about perfection; it's about preparation, persistence and the ability to respond when things don't go to plan.

By applying these tools, you can strengthen your inner-self, push through setbacks and perform at your best in every role you take on. Whether you're chasing goals, navigating challenges or simply trying to stay in the race, this is about showing up with intent, confidence and belief. You may not be able to control every outcome, but with the right mindset, you can train, adapt, and come back stronger every time.

Denise Lewis has crafted a powerful and empowering guide for women navigating the complexities of modern life. Adaptability is a blueprint for resilience, offering actionable insights that help women embrace change, overcome challenges, and unlock their true potential. A must-read for anyone looking to succeed in all areas of life. -- Katie Piper OBE In a world where, as a woman, you are expected to constantly play many roles to many people, especially as you mature, learning to adapt is essential. I have had to change my approach to my career by expanding my goals and my path to them. I have watched Denise with pride over the decades, not only achieve the highest accolades in sport but manage her many roles in television, in business and at home. She is the perfect person to guide us through the process. -- Beverley Knight MBE Part memoir, part self-help handbook, Adaptability takes everything Denise has learnt and translates it into practical, relatable advice. * YOU magazine *
