This book is the textbook that I used to train church workers in China, so it may be more relevant to domestic workers. I have also used this book to train new deacons in our church, and the results were quite good. The principle of this book is that only a truly born-again and saved Christian can be a true co-worker of God, and he or she must be clear that God has called him twice. He or she must also be a good brother or sister and a good servant in the church in order to be a church leader serving the congregation. They must not be hypocrites in their own families and in the world, but glorify the name of Jesus Christ. Therefore, this book is a reference for those who need to read it
