H. V. Sreenivasamurthy is retired Professor and Head of Textile Department, VJTI, Mumbai, India. He also served as the Chairman of Professionals Awards Committee, Textile Association, India from 19852016 and Chairman, Textile Studies in Maharashtra State Technical Education Board, India. He holds the credit for introducing the G.M.T.A course and 3-year Diploma-level Associateship course in Textile Associationwhich is recognized as equivalent to a B. Tech degree offered by Technical Universities and Diploma courses offered by various state technical education boards. He is recipient of Service Gold Medal and Service Memento of the Textile Association (India) and was also presented the title of TAI Ratna on the platinum jubilee occasion of the Textile Association (India).

B. Purushothama is postgraduate in textile technology, a fellow of Textile Association (India) and Institute of Engineers (India), and Certified Quality Analyst with 43 years of industrial experience in textile industry. He is also a Lead Auditor for ISO 9001 and a Facilitator for Total Quality Management. He was one of the initial Quality Champions involved in implementation of JRD Quality Values and a Senior Examiner for Tata Business Excellency Module (TBEM) and was presented the title of TAI Ratna on the platinum jubilee occasion of the Textile Association (India). He was also awarded the prestigious Bharat Gaurav Award and Bharat Ratna Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam Excellence Award by India International Friendship Society in recognition of his lifetime achievements.
