From the creators of Vegan Chinese Food, Yang and Kathi from the ever-popular @littlericenoodle present a vibrant exploration of vegan Asian street food that goes beyond the familiar bowl of steaming noodles.

This enticing cookbook offers recipes from various regions across China, as well as other Southeast and East Asian countries that have captivated the authors during their travels. With dishes ranging from Thai iced tea and Vietnamese bánh mì to Indonesian nasi goreng and Japanese okonomiyaki, each recipe reflects the rich culinary traditions of Asia.

Whether you're a dedicated vegan or simply a lover of flavourful street food, this book provides a treasure trove of delightful recipes. Featuring everything from scallion pancakes and satay skewers to fresh summer rolls and hearty rice dishes, Yang and Kathi guide you in creating these beloved street foods from scratch or transforming traditional favourites using vegan ingredients.
Yang Liu was born in Hunan province in China and spent her early years moving around China, sampling all the different cuisines in each region. Eight years ago, she moved to Spain, where she met her partner, Katharina Pinczolits, and the two now live in Austria. Together, they became vegan and started exploring and experimenting with vegan Chinese cuisine. They started their Instagram account, @littlericenoodle, in late 2019 and have since accumulated over 305,000 followers, who love watching their videos of how to make vegan Chinese food.
