Organisations currently face fundamental changes such as technological innovations; global power shifts and tensions; changing economic systems; and socio-cultural tensions. These conditions compel them to ask identity-related questions like: Who are we? Why do we exist, and for whom?  What are our aspirations? and What difference do we want to make for whom, where, and when? Intended for organisational leaders and organisational effectiveness advisors, this book is the first substantive guide on how to center and apply the values of organisational identity--such as virtue, authenticity, coherence, and legitimacy--so that leaders can transform their organisations into identity-driven entities and to stay true to who they are through changing times.
