Rajagopal is Distinguished Professor of Marketing at EGADE Business School of Tecnologico de Monterrey (ITESM), at Mexico City Campus and Life Fellow of the Royal Society for Encouragement of Arts, Manufacture and Commerce, London.  He has been Visiting Professor at Boston University, Boston, Massachusetts since 2013. 



Ananya Rajagopal is Research Professor at Universidad Anáhuac Mexico.  She is a member of the advisory panel of Elsevier Insights and in the editorial board of Humanities and Social Science Communications Journal (Springer Nature). She has contributed five books and several chapters in edited books.
