TH Anand Rao (Retd) is a Senior Fellow at the Centre for Air Power Studies, New Delhi. He is an Alumnus of Defence Services Staff College, Wellington, India. During his 33 years of service with the Indian Air Force, he has held several operational and staff appointments including Chief Operations Officer at two frontline air bases.

Niti Jha serves as copyeditor at the Centre for Air Power Studies, where she focuses on enhancing the clarity and impact of written works. She holds a BA Honours degree from Miranda House, Delhi University, India, and is pursuing a masters degree in public administration.
