Covering the role of circadian rhythms in pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics, this book provides practical tools for clinicians and researchers to optimize treatments in cardiovascular disease, oncology, and sleep disorders. A comprehensive guide on the science of timed drug administration to maximize therapeutic benefits.

Chronopharmacology: Time-Dependent Pharmacotherapy explores the cutting-edge science of tailoring drug administration to the body's natural biological rhythms, known as circadian rhythms. This comprehensive book provides healthcare professionals and researchers a deep understanding of how the timing of drug administration can impact therapeutic efficacy, safety, and patient outcomes. By integrating knowledge from pharmacology, chronobiology, and clinical medicine, the book offers both theoretical insights and practical guidelines for applying chronopharmacology in the treatment of diseases like cardiovascular disorders, cancer, and sleep-related conditions. Through case studies and the latest research on circadian-based drug delivery systems, this text is an invaluable resource for clinicians aiming to optimize patient care and researchers exploring new frontiers in personalized medicine.
