Serena L. Orr is a senior Pediatric Neurology resident at the Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario in Ottawa, Ontario. Friedman is an emergency physician and clinical researcher at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in the Bronx, New York. He is regarded as an international expert on the intersection of headache and emergency medicine. David W. Dodick is Professor of Neurology at the Mayo Clinic in Phoenix, Arizona. He is President of the International Headache Society, Chair of the American Migraine Foundation and Former Editor-in-Chief of Cephalalgia, and Past-President of the American Headache Society.
