Arvustused

"If one were to conjure up two names most eminently associated with sharks, rays and chimaeras, David Ebert and Marc Dando might well be the two. They have created a magnificent field guide."---David Gascoigne, Travels with Birds "This book is a useful text for undergraduate students who desire to familiarize themselves with common anatomical terminology and to advance their knowledge of the class Chondrichthyes, as well as seasoned experts who benefit from having an extensive encyclopedic resource at their fingertips in the midst of research."---Jake Wood, Integrative & Comparative Biology "[ A] sumptuous field guide."---Steve Weinman, Divernet.com "An outstanding reference. . . . It is good field guides like this that draw interest to the discipline of marine biology." * Marine Biological Association *
