Illustrates current fluid fertilizer technology in the US and abroad, including manufacture, handling, storage, distribution, and use in the field demonstrating how fluid fertilizer facilitates more precise delivery of nutrition to crops. The volume provides the means to analyze fluid fertilizer systems instantaneously by supplying correlations of fertilizer chemical compositions and physical properties. It also contains an extensive survey of corrosion risks for materials used to handle fluid fertilizers complete with recommendations for storage installations, pipelines, tank cars, trucks, barges, and applicators.
