Israeli, Palestinian and international experts have compiled all the raw material needed for serious negotiations to take place, and they have laid out artful, creative ideas for managing what many have thought to be intractable problems. Indeed, the authors in this volume have demonstrated that governance and security in Jerusalems Old City can be dealt with; it is now up to the politicians to muster the will to reach agreement, drawing on this wealth of material.
