Charles Li is a Taiwanese diplomat. He has served in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Republic of China (Taiwan) and overseas missions for over 38 years. He then assumed the post of the Director-General (Consul-General) in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. Currently, he is the Secretary General of Taiwans International Cooperation and Development Fund (Taiwan ICDF), the official International Development Agency of the ROC (Taiwan).
