This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 23rd International Conference on Integer Programming and Combinatorial Optimization, IPCO 2022, held in Eindhoven, The Netherlands, in June 2022. The 33 full papers presented were carefully reviewed and selected from 93 submissions addressing key techniques of document analysis.
