Ankan Bhattacharya obtained his Ph.D. from National Institute of Technology, Durgapur, India. He is the Editor/Reviewer of many National/International Journals of repute. Dr. Bhattacharya is the Series Editor of "Modern Aspects of Computing, Devices and Communication Engineering", Chapman and Hall/CRC, Routledge, Taylor & Francis Group. Dr. Bhattacharya has been active in delivering Invited Talks and has also been a part of many National/International Conferences in the capacity of Program Committee Chair, Session Chair, Coordinator, Technical Committee Member etc. Dr. Bhattacharya is acting as a Guest Editor of Discover Applied Sciences (Formerly SN Applied Sciences) of Springer Nature. He is an associate editor of the "Journal of Information Processing Systems (JIPS)", an official international journal of the Korea Information Processing Society, as an Associate Editor. Dr. Bhattacharya has been appointed as an Academic Editor of "International Journal of Antennas and Propagation", Wiley. He is also acting as an editorial board member of Bulletin of Electrical Engineering and Informatics (BEEI), published by IAES. He has been inducted into the Editorial Board of "Human-centric Computing and Information Sciences (HCIS)", SCI Indexed, Q1 Journal, as an Associate Editor. Presently he is associated with Hooghly Engineering & Technology College, Hooghly, India as an Associate Professor and Head of Electronics and Communications Engineering Department.

Dr. Samarendra Nath Sur

Samarendra Nath Sur (SMIEEE) was born in Hooghly, West Bengal, India, in 1984. He received B.Sc degree in Physics (Hons.) from the University of Burdwan in 2007. He received M.Sc. degree in Electronics Science from Jadavpur University in 2007 and M.Tech degree in Digital Electronics and Advanced Communication from Sikkim Manipal University in 2012. He received Ph. D degree from NIT, Durgapur in sept, 2019. Since 2008, he has been associated with the Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology, India, where he is currently an assistant professor in the Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering. His current research interests include Broadband Wireless Communication (MIMO and Spread Spectrum Technology), Advanced Digital Signal Processing, and Remote Sensing. He is a Member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), (IEEE-IoT) Institution of Engineers (India)(IEI) and International Association of Engineers (IAENG). He was the recipient of the University Medal & Dr. S.C. Mukherjee Memorial Gold Centered Silver Medal from Jadavpur University in 2007. He also serves as the reviewer of International Journal of Electronics, Taylor and Francis, IET Communication, Ad Hoc Networks, Elsevier, IEEE transactions on signal processing, SN Applied Science, Telecommunication Systems, Transactions on Emerging Telecommunications Technologies.

Dr. Akash Kr. Bhoi

Dr. Akash Kumar Bhoi is an academic and researcher whose work bridges Biomedical Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, and Data Science to address challenges in healthcare and intelligent systems. With international research exposure across India, Italy, Australia, and South Korea, he has contributed extensively to advancing computational methods for biomedical signal and image analysis, healthcare informatics, and machine learning applications. Dr. Bhoi has collaborated with leading institutions such as the Institute of Information Science and Technologies (ISTI-CNR), Italy, and serves on editorial and review boards of reputed journals published by Springer, Elsevier, and IEEE. He is currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at Graphic Era (Deemed to be University), Dehradun.
