English summary: Until recently, the concept of migration in the history of ancient Christianity has only played a minor role although it had significant meaning in ancient, and especially early, Christian texts. Questions and interest in the study of migration make it possible to organize the emergence and proliferation of the oldest Christian ideas in innovative ways and to open up the sources themselves for analyze through new questions and methods. For example, the studies in this anthology shed new light on instances of flight or escape in earliest Christianity, on the Pauline mission and later processes of expansion. This collected articles in this volume are shaped by close historical analysis in pursuit of answers to questions concerning the body of texts from the early Christian period as they relate to migration in both literary and theological discourse. German description: Der Migrationsbegriff, der in der Geschichte des altesten Christentums bis vor wenigen Jahren nur eine untergeordnete Rolle gespielt hat, birgt ein hohes Erschliessungspotential fur antike und insbesondere fruhchristliche Texte. Fragen und Anstosse der Migrationsforschung ermoglichen es, die Entstehung, Etablierung und Ausbreitung des altesten Christentums begrifflich-konzeptionell in innovativer Weise zu ordnen und die Quellen fur neue Fragestellungen zu offnen. Neues Licht fallt z.B. auf Fluchtvorgange im altesten Christentum, auf die paulinische Mission und spatere Vorgange der Ausbreitung. Neben historischen Analysen beschaftigen sich die Beitrage des Bandes mit der Frage, wie in einzelnen Schriften und Textcorpora Vorgange der Migration literarisch konzeptualisiert und theologisch gedeutet werden.
