Aamir Rashid is Assistant Professor of Supply Chain Management in the Department of Business and Economics at York College, City University of New York (CUNY). He earned his Ph.D. in Supply Chain Management and holds postgraduate qualifications in Supply Chain and Human Resource Management. With over 25 years of industrial experience and extensive academic service, Dr. Rashids research focuses on AI-enabled supply chain resilience, circular and sustainable supply chains, digital transformation, and organizational learning. He has published over seventy peer-reviewed papers in top-tier journals, including Supply Chain Management, Supply Chain Forum, Journal of Manufacturing Technology Management, Cleaner Logistics and Supply Chain, Journal of Enterprise Information Management, and Journal of Science and Technology Policy Management. He serves on multiple editorial boards, including Discover Sustainability, the International Journal of Public Administration, and Cleaner Logistics and Supply Chain. He also serves as a reviewer for over ninety leading journals and has presented widely at international conferences. Dr. Rashid has organized and chaired several international conferences, most recently the International Conference on Business, Management, Economics and Information Systems (ICBMEIS 2025). His current projects integrate AI, sustainability, and human-centric design to enhance supply-chain agility and policy impact in underserved U.S. states.
Fenio Annansingh Jamieson is Dean of the School of Business and Information Systems at York College, City University of New York (CUNY). She earned her Ph.D. in Information Studies and M.S. in Information Systems from the University of Sheffield, UK. Her teaching and research span information systems, knowledge management, cybersecurity, data analytics, and smart-city innovation. With over two decades of experience in higher education in the U.S. and U.K., Dr. Jamieson has served as faculty at the University of Plymouth (UK) and York College (CUNY), where she leads initiatives that integrate technology and business education. She has secured major grants from the National Science Foundation (NSF), the National Security Agency (NSA), and the New York State Education Department, with a focus on STEM and cybersecurity teacher training. Her recent books include Data Analytics for Business: Foundations and Industry Applications (Routledge, 2022) and Examining the Socio-Technical Impact of Smart Cities (IGI Global, 2021). She also serves as a reviewer for several leading journals and has presented widely at international conferences. Her current research explores AI-driven knowledge management, digital transformation, and cyber resilience in education and business systems.
