Neil Cockett is a Chartered Engineer, a Fellow of the Institute of Marine Engineers and of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers. He founded Cockett Marine Oil Ltd in 1971, and is considered an expert in the marine bunker and oil cargo broking industry.
