This book presents clinical findings, treatment approaches, and follow-up of some metabolic disorders and congenital metabolic diseases. The objective of this book is to explain the classification of hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy (HIE), which is a worrisome topic in neonatology. Additionally, we aim to demonstrate the use of electrical activities, cerebral oxygenation and imaging, as well as traditional and current treatments.
