Oglesby, PhD, MBA, MSPH, FACHE is a population health strategist, scientist, and results-driven leader with more than 25 years of consulting and operational experience improving population health outcomes. As the Humana Dean of the College of Population Health, he leads all functions of the College. He works with key leaders across the Jefferson enterprise and with stakeholders locally, nationally, and globally to develop new academic initiatives that promote healthcare quality and patient safety, improve operational effectiveness and efficiency, and advance public and population health.

Alexis Skoufalos, EdD, MS facilitates strategic external partnerships and collaborative initiatives for the College of Population Health and serves as the program director for an online professional doctorate focused on advanced practice in population health. She has more than 25 years of experience in professional development and leadership education, consulting and academic publication,

David B. Nash, MD, MBA is the Founding Dean Emeritus and the Dr. Raymond C. and Doris N. Grandon Professor of Health Policy at the Jefferson College of Population Health (JCPH). JCPH is dedicated to developing healthcare leaders for the future. A board-certified internist, Dr. Nash is internationally recognized for his work in public accountability for outcomes, physician leadership development, and quality-of-care improvement.
