Dr. Weiping Ding received Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Nanjing, China, in 2013. From 2014 to 2015, he is a postdoctoral researcher at the Brain Research Center, National Chiao Tung University, Hsinchu, Taiwan. In 2016, He was a visiting scholar at National University of Singapore, Singapore. From 2017 to 2018, he was a visiting professor at University of Technology Sydney, Ultimo, NSW, Australia. Now, he is a professor of School of Information Science and Technology, Nantong University, China. His research interests include deep neural networks, multimodal machine learning, and medical images analysis. He has published over 200 articles, including over 90 IEEE journal papers, such as IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems, IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks and Learning Systems, IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics, IEEE Transactions on Evolutionary Computation.
Dr. Amlan Chakrabarti is a professor and the director of the A K Choudhury School of Information Technology at the University of Calcutta. He is also the former dean, faculty of Engineering and Technology of his University during (20162019). He completed M.Tech. from the University of Calcutta (2001) and did Ph.D. from the same University in association with ISI, Kolkata (2010). He was a post-doctoral fellow at the School of Engineering, Princeton University, USA, during 20112012. He has almost 20 years of experience in Engineering Education and Research. He received the DST BOYSCAST fellowship award in Engineering Science (2011), Indian National Science Academy (INSA) Visiting Faculty Fellowship (2014), JSPS Invitation Research Award (2016), Erasmus Mundus Leaders Award (2017), Hamied Visiting Professorship from University of Cambridge, UK (2018), Siksha Ratna Award by Dept. of Higher Education Govt. of West Bengal (2018), and IBM Quantum Researchers Access Award in 2021.
Dr. Maumita Chakraborty received her B.Tech. degree in Information Technology from University of Kalyani, India, and her M.E. degree in Software Engineering from Jadavpur University, India. She had worked as a Software Engineer in Infosys Technologies Ltd. and then as an associate system engineer in Praxis Softek Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Maumita received her Ph.D. degree in Computer Science and Engineering from University of Calcutta. She had worked for more than 12 years in Institute of Engineering and Management Kolkata. Currently, she is acting as a professor and head for the Department of Computer Science and Information Technology in University of Engineering and Management Kolkata. Her major research interests include Graph theory and its applications, Data structure and algorithms, Networking, Mobile computing, Blockchain, and many more.
Dr. Shouvik Chakraborty is a lecturer in Computer Science & Technology, In-charge, Machine Intelligence and Computer Vision Laboratory, Womens Polytechnic, Chandernagore, Govt. of West Bengal. His research interests include Soft and Evolutionary Computing, Digital Image Processing, Bio-medical Image Analysis, Pattern Recognition, Machine Learning, Optimization Techniques, and Image Encryption. He has published one edited book, several book chapters, and journal articles, and published and presented many research papers at different reputed international and national conferences.
