Binkey Srivastava serves as the Dean and Professor at the KIET School of Management, part of the KIET Group of Institutions in Delhi-NCR, Ghaziabad. Beyond her academic roles, Dr. Srivastava is the Assoc. Dean, Resource Generation & Alumni Relations dept. of Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow. She is the Awardee of Women Power Listing -2025 of Business Innovation Awards.

With over 25 years of experience in administration, teaching, research, and consultancy, she has made significant academic contributions, authoring more than 90 papers in esteemed national and international journals, conferences, and seminars, many of which are indexed in Scopus and ESCI. She has also authored several books; one of her book is listed at The Harvard Book Store. She has received grants from various government agencies for her research endeavors. In addition to her research, she has guided numerous scholars from both private and state universities. Dr. Srivastava actively participates in the academic community as an advisory member and reviewer for several national and international journals.

Mani Tyagi is a Professor in the Department of Management Studies at KIET Group of Institutions, Ghaziabad, India, with over 22 years of academic and administrative experience. She holds a Doctorate Degree in Commerce and a Masters Degree in Business. She has presented more than 50 papers in national and international conferences, also published papers in journals of repute. In addition to pursuing her academic interests, Dr. Mani is active in management consulting as well as executive and organizational development. She has contributed extensively to curriculum development, outcome-based education, and quality assurance in higher education. Dr. Tyagi has served in key roles such as NBA Coordinator and Convener of multiple International Conferences. Her research focuses on entrepreneurship, digital pedagogy, and educational innovation, and she has published extensively in SCOPUS-indexed journals and International edited books. She has also been invited as a keynote speaker and panelist at international forums in India, Bangladesh, and Uzbekistan. Her academic pursuits are deeply aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs 4 and 5), especially in promoting equitable, high-quality education and women empowerment.

Meenakshi Tyagi is an esteemed scholar, educator, and advocate for the principles of Kaizen Lean Management. With a profound passion for continuous improvement and a deep respect for the principles of efficiency and excellence, Dr. Tyagi has made significant contributions to the fields of Economics and Operations Management, Dr. Tyagi holds a Doctorate in Economics and an MBA in Operations Management. Her 20 years of experience in teaching and consultancy have enriched the minds of countless students and professionals alike, shaping the next generation of leaders in management. Currently serving as an Associate Professor at KIET School of Management, Delhi NCR, Dr. Tyagi brings her expertise and enthusiasm to the classroom, inspiring her students to embrace the philosophy of Kaizen and apply its principles to drive meaningful changes. Dr. Tyagi's impact extends beyond the classroom, as she serves as a research guide at Mewar University, Chittorgarh, Rajasthan, nurturing the research aspirations of aspiring scholars. Her prolific research output, with over 20 publications in esteemed journals indexed by Scopus, ICI, and UGC, underscores her commitment to advancing knowledge and scholarship in her fields of expertise.
