David Solomons (Author) David Solomons' debut children's book, My Brother is a Superhero topped the Sunday Times children's bestseller charts and won The Waterstone's Children's Book Prize and British Book Awards Children's Book of the Year. It has been sold in 23 languages and spawned four further books in the series. The first book in his latest comedy adventure series, Spyglass, will be published in 2026. He lives in Dorset with his two children, Luke and Lara.

Miguel Díaz Rivas (Illustrator) Miguel Díaz Rivas is a freelance illustrator from Spain. He was born in Cabra, a small town in Córdoba. He studied Media and Communication in Seville, focusing on how to use the audiovisual language to tell stories. After college he studied Illustration and Animation at E.S.D.I.P in Madrid. Nowadays Miguel works as a freelance artist for educational books and publishing companies and he contributes to advertising agencies, making illustrations and animations.
