Graham Perkins is an Associate Professor in Human Resource Management and the Associate Dean of Education at the University of Exeter, UK. Sian Robinson is a Lecturer in Human Resource Management at the University of Exeter Business School, UK, teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate level. Previously, she was a lecturer in HRM at UWE Bristol, UK.
