He has 15 national and international publications, including papers published in SCIE-, ESCI-, Scopus-, and ABDC-indexed journals as well as several books and book chapters. He has five patents and two copyrights. He is a guest editor of several journals, including the International Journal of Public Administration in the Digital Age, International Journal of Supply Chain Management and Information System, and others. He is also a reviewer for several international journals. He has won two awards for his work to date.
Sakshi Dua, PhD, is an Associate Professor in the School of Computer Applications at Lovely Professional University, India. She has over 13 years of academic and research experience.
