Arvustused

I love the winter months and I love Rachel de Thample's serious engagement with food as a way to living with connection and pleasure. This is so much more than a book about our ordinary notions of wellness. -- Sheila Dillon This book is very seductive, the photography will pull you in, but the simplicity, deliciousness and comfort of these recipes will have you dipping in all winter long. These are the sort of recipes that will become family favourite, will mark the change of the seasons and bring joy to those long nights. -- Alys Fowler What a truly fantastic book. To utilize the power of nature and the inherent benefits of ingredients to inspire and nurture well-being during the long, cold winter monthsit's an absolute no-brainer of a concept, and yet, this is the first time I've come across such a book! Winter Wellness is undoubtedly a remarkable addition to the world of cookbooks -- René Redzepi, chef and co-owner of noma
