Ray Tricker (MSc, IEng, FIET, FCMI, FCQI, FIRSE) is the Senior Consultant (Management Systems) of Herne European Consultancy Ltd (a company specialising in Outsourced Back Office Functions) is also an established author, with over 30 titles published.
