This book constitutes the proceedings of the 16th International Conference on Web-Based Learning, ICWL 2017, held in Cape Town, South Africa, in September 2017.
The 13 revised full papers presented together with 9 short papers and 3 poster papers were carefully reviewed and selected from 56 submissions.
