Arvustused

The Future of Blockchain in Tourism and Hospitality: Global Insights offers a contribution in terms of additional exploration and reflection of the outcomes of previous studies on blockchain technology in the tourism sector. According to the outcomes of the chapters, blockchain cannot be considered yet as a valid solution for the problems afflicting tourism. More research is needed and more investigations on the advantages and disadvantages of real applications is required before being able to express a rational and motivated judgement on the question. For this reason, this new book is welcome, therefore and a useful contribution to the debate. Dr Fatima Zahra Fakir and Dr Erdem Baydeniz are to be commended on this extension to the debate.
