This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 53rd Annual Conference of the Southern African Computer Lecturers' Association on ICT Education, SACLA 2024, held in Gqeberha, South Africa, during July 17–19, 2024. 
The 10 full papers included in this book were carefully reviewed and selected from 53 submissions.
