Richard Bingham (UK) has worked at Oracle for over 10 years in various roles within Product Support, providing services for several different software products - mainly Applications. He now works on a team designing the support services that will compliment Oracle's Fusion Applications once it's released. Prior to this, he worked as a software developer, a business analyst, and as well as an interesting role as a geologist on offshore oil rigs. He is also an accredited Assessor for the UK Institute of Customer Services, performing certification of staff from external organizations across all industry sectors. Richard is a regular presenter at conferences such as UKOUG.
