Jennifer Kaye has over 30 years' industry experience in restaurants, hotels, bars, and events. Jennifer is a lecturer at the Edge Hotel School, University of Essex, UK, where she is module leader for Human Resource Management, and a teacher of Leadership, Strategy, Contemporary Issues and Business Environment. Jennifer has worked for recognised brands such as Whitbread, Hilton, Crowne Plaza and Centreplate/Sodexo, as well as various independent brands. Jennifer also manages weddings, alongside volunteering at sporting events during her spare time.
